| 2) | If something may be available at the time you need it, view and print out an application . Also print out the Studio Plaza map so that you can see the location of various apartments which may be offered to you. |
| 3) | Mail or fax (805-968-1585) your completed application to Studio Plaza. |
| 4) | Give us a day or so after the arrival of your application to do a credit check and check your previous rental history, then phone us to find out if your application has been approved. |
| 5) | If your application is approved and if we have an apartment available for you, we require a $300 deposit in traveler's checks, cashier's check, or postal money order. |
| 6) | First and last month's rent are due on the date of your move-in also in the form of traveler's checks, cashier's checks, or postal money orders. Please note: we do not accept personal checks (for initial payments), credits cards or cash. |
